Our goal at the St. Dominic Cafeteria is to provide a healthy lunch by participating in the National School Lunch Program while at the same time providing a fun and relaxing atmosphere where the students can refresh themselves for the rest of the day. We offer theme lunches and exciting food choices throughout the year. We have fun and we think the children do, too!

Information that may be helpful is listed below:

You may check your family’s cafeteria activity on with your login and password.

Lunch Payments

Payments are due in advance. When an account is below $10.00, a notice will be sent home in the weekly communication envelopes. An itemized statement is available upon request at any time.

Food Allergies

The kitchen is happy to make substitutions for food allergies if the proper documentation from a medical doctor is on file in the Nurse’s Office and in the kitchen. Please contact the school nurse for details.

National School Lunch Program

This program uses Enhanced Food-Based Menu planning guidelines from the USDA and the “Offer Vs. Serve” option is implemented here at St. Dominic School. This option provides five items in a meal: 8 fluid ounces of milk, (skim, one percent, or chocolate) meat or meat alternative, fruit or vegetable, second fruit or vegetable, and bread or bread product. Amounts are established by grade, and students are required to choose a minimum of three different items, with full servings of each. They may choose all five. In addition, a dessert is usually offered which may or may not include partial requirements.
