He has extensive international experience in development, implementation, and administration of overseas programs, including: new business start-up, sales, marketing, research, strategy, and financial projections. Tim has a thorough understanding of transportation and logistics, including management of critical path goods, surface transportation, export preparation, documentation, freight forwarding, letters-of-credit, inbound customs, IMDG/IATA hazardous material controls. He is experienced in material procurement, heavy-lift, and project logistics of subsea controls, umbilicals, flowlines, mooring components, and topsides production modules from U.S. Gulf Coast fabrication yards to final installation overseas on FPSOs and production platforms.
