Language Skills Specific to Your Workplace

  Studies have clearly shown that improving communication in the workplace significantly reduces errors and increases employee productivity.

In order to help facilitate the communication process between management and the front-line Hispanic workforce, THW has developed online training programs for:

• Hispanic employees not yet fluent in English and;
• Non-Spanish speaking Managers, Team Leaders and Supervisors.

These training programs have been designed to promote enhanced communications across cultures. Improved communication also raises employee morale and helps to build trust between team members and team leaders.
