Learn Spanish in the Rainforest & Make a difference!
“Come to Costa Rica with your children to learn Spanish and make a difference by participating in the environmental education programs specially designed for the children.”
It applies for families with 9 year old kids or younger.
Costa Rica, thanks to its geographical location in the Central American Isthmus, with mountains that cover more than half of its land area, is home to a collection of habitats which accommodate enormous biodiversity. It is estimated that around 5% of the land species of the earth are found in Costa Rica, though it accounts for only 0.01% of the planet’s land mass, giving Costa Rica a heritage and natural resource of great magnitude. This makes Costa Rica the perfect place for a real hands-on encounter with flora and fauna for your children.
Here Earth Science, Biology, History, Geography, Agriculture, Photography, and much more come to life for the children; making for true learning, that you can be sure your child will not soon forget, and sparking interests that will lead to much more learning once you are home.
By offering homestays, the whole family will get a true taste of the culture and cuisine of our unique country, as well as be immersed in the Spanish language, helping each child to gain interest in foreign languages which are so important in this day and age. Before returning home, each student will be given a certificate of participation in the program.
Participation in the Spanish program is not available for kids under four years old, however they are welcome to enjoy of our ecological reserve and have fun sharing with the host family.
