Half Day Standard GE-20 These English language classes combine half-day standard GE-15 plus five additional workshop lessons. During the first session, you will improve your English language abilities using the four language skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing. The five additional workshop lessons are designed to focus on a specific skill. Students can choose from writing and grammar, exam preparation or fluency. These are an opportunity to receive extra tuition and to practise skills further. Usually students come to this course to improve their English. They already have a certain level and they aim to improve it. What does the course focus on? The course focuses on the four skills, ie speaking, listening, writing and reading. Students also work to improve their grammar. Students benefit from group support, because when they have to do an exercise they work all together or in pairs, providing a positive environment to learn. There is also a lot of interaction in this course, which is a great way to practise the English language. What is your promise to the students who attend your class? I guarantee to give students my time to work with them in the class and answer their questions outside class hours. I also aim for a cooperative classroom environment so students feel valued in thelesson as everyone is there to learn, so they won’t feel shy to speak even if they make mistakes.
