Learn Spanish South Auckland

“I feel honored to be a part of the Spanish for fun! Wake Forest family. The sincere care and attention devoted to each child makes this facility and its teachers stand out. Each time I drop off my children, I have no doubt they will experience another full day of fun and learning in this safe, loving environment. I highly recommend Spanish for fun! Wake Forest.” – Blair Cuneo, mother of Sam and Madeleine   My children are 4 and 2 and have been attending SFF since they were about 6 months old. When my son was 6 months old he was very cautious of strangers. My anxiety was high as we were exploring the option of preschools. The day we took a tour we walked into his future classroom and he immediately went to the teacher and let her hold him. I no longer needed any questions … Read more lists, or laundry list of credentials. His instinct was correct and I am so glad I followed suit. The teachers have always been warm, friendly, and inviting. They have become an extension of our family! They truly love what they do and love helping kids learn about their culture. My four year old is fluent in Spanish and he extends his love of learning to his 2 year old sister. As an elementary teacher, I could not be more pleased with their development and love getting the report cards that are based on developmental milestones. Their curriculum is closely aligned to the WCPSS Kindergarten curriculum. As a new mom, I could not have asked for a more understanding environment. They were there to help me when I had questions about sleeping and feeding. We love SFF!!!!! -Sarah Johnson
Spanish for fun has been one of the best decisions that my wife and I have ever made. Our son was only 8 weeks old when he started SFF. We were obviously a little worried about the idea of daycare at first, much like every new parent. Within the first month, we became much more comfortable. It was very clear that SFF was a great choice. The kids loved the teachers, the teachers were tenured, communication with the teachers was easy and our child was happy. Over the last year, our son’s skills have grown substantially due to the interactions we see between the kids and teachers at SFF. Our son understands both English and Spanish and responds very well to the things he learns. What we like the most about SFF is how everyone makes you think that your child is the most important thing in the world. It makes us feel so comfortable when we see the teachers get emotional at the end of the school year when our son moves on. It really shows the connection that they have with him is strong. It’s great that we love SFF however; I’m not sure who loves it more, us or our son! Most days, he refuses to leave until he gets a hug from Miss Ingrid. Sometimes we take a peak into the class just to see what he is doing and he looks like he is having the time of his life with all of his little friends. The safety and security of the facility also puts our mind at ease. The camera system is easy to use and the security of the building is taken very seriously. I really don’t know what we would have done without Miss. Ingrid and her team. -Jason and Charlene Cassidy
Thank you all again for all the wonderful things you did for Preston, all the things he learned along w/the hugs and kisses he received. Pablo and I really do appreciate everything and value the opportunity Preston had to be a part of your school. What an impact you made! -With love and gratitude, Roslyn
Our son began Sff over a year ago, and we couldn’t be happier with the program! Each morning as I walk him into school, I see teachers and administrators genuinely excited to see Addison. He is greeted by name and given hugs. His day begins with washing his hands, and we see good hygiene continually stressed and practiced throughout the day. His Spanish comprehension is amazing. We enrolled him for the benefit of learning a second language, and we did not expect to see such a strong academic focus. Our older son attended a very respected preschool program in California, which prepared him well for elementary school; however, we see Addison understanding and accomplishing much more academically than his older brother did at the same age. Spanish for fun has exceeded all of our expectations, and we are so glad to have found it. We recommend it without reservation, and we plan to continue with the after school programs, once Addie begins elementary school. -Mike & Courtney Selna, WakeForest, NC
My son Alex is almost four and has been going to SFF for over a year now. He is also enrolled there for his last year of preschool this coming school year. I chose SFF because I want him to have a bilingual education, and I could immediately see when I visited how involved and affectionate the teachers were. They pay him a lot of individualized attention and always give me details on how he is doing in class. He has made a lot of progress, and loves to sing the songs he learns for me. SFF also goes beyond the basics of vocabulary and emphasizes literacy as well, and Alex has been very proud of his reading and writing efforts. Their comprehensive approach to teaching is the most important reason for him to attend preschool there. -Jennifer Boyer
Hola, Our darling Daya is 23 months and 2 weeks old. She has been attending Spanish for fun (SFF) since she was 10 months old. We chose SFF because we wanted our daughter to be bilingual. We are so proud that she has been able to understand both languages for some time. She adores her teacher which makes it easier for me to have a peace of mind when I am away from her. Gabby and Claudia are wonderful and have created a warm welcome environment that displays a healthy multicultural atmosphere. They are very caring and committed to our kids. Because of their commitment and caring hearts, we will continue to allow our daughter to attend SFF. I wish the entire world could welcome all cultures with such a wonderful appreciation for each culture. God Bless SFF. -Pamela Williams
In addition to wanting my son Steven to be bilingual, I chose Spanish for fun because of the low student to teacher ratio. My son clearly enjoys SFF and has learned a great deal. At 3months old, he was enrolled at SFF; now at 17 months old he clearly understands and responds to certain phrases spoken in Spanish. In a world that has gone Global it is important that he remain at SFF as Spanish is one of many “educational” tools my husband and I can offer our son. Once he actually begins talking & writing, learning Spanish at such a young age can improve his ability to speak and write English as he will be more conscious of grammar rules. The staff at SFF is all natives of the language and is receptive to parent?s ideas, needs and wants. It is refreshing to know that your child is in an environment where the staff is friendly, professional and clearly knows each student by name. -Linda Williams
Our 4 year old daughter has been attending Spanish for fun for over 3 years. Introducing a second language to our child was very important to us and Spanish for fun provided a great combination of learning, fun, and family environment in order to best accomplish our goal. Spanish for fun has become much more than a language class for our daughter, it is her home away from home. The skills that she learns during a day at SFF are not only strengthening her skills in the Spanish language, but she is also able to transfer the skills over into English. We are amazed at both our daughters ability to understand and speak Spanish as well as her abilities to write and read in Spanish which she is able to transfer into English while at home. But, most importantly, the excitement and caring expressed by the teachers at SFF is what makes it such a special place. -Traci Mollot
We Love Spanish For Fun, and have recommended it to several friends. The teachers are so caring they treat you and your child like they are a part of the family. My 3 yr old daughter has been there for less than a year but I am so impressed with her Spanish language skills. She is able to understand and speak enough Spanish to have a brief conversation. This Spanish immersion program is incredible.
Spanish for fun! exceeds all the rest – My eldest son went to Spanish for fun! since he was 1 year old, he is now 7 years old and still asks me to take him there so he can visit his teachers. What can I say about this preschool? Spanish for fun is much more than just a day care…
Providing my children with the opportunity to learn a second language was a gift that I always vowed to give to them. I was estatic to learn about SFF in Cary and immediately took action to learn all that I could about this program for my oldest son. He started when we was 2 and it was been such an amazing experience. His Spanish language skills are growing leaps and bounds. The teachers are very patient, knowledgeable, educated, creative, and dedicated. They are moms too, so their experience definitely comes through in their loving interactions. When I had my 2nd child, it was without hesitation that I decided to enroll him. I have never had a request that was not met by the teachers and/or staff. The parents are very hands on in this daycare and the staff works to make sure our needs as parents are met. Also, I LOVE the fact that I can watch my kiddos on the internet during the day when I’m able. It helps me to ask them specific questions about their day, which they always enjoytelling me…….in Spanish of course! If you’re looking for a loving environment where your child will gain an invaluable experience of learning a 2nd language, this is the place for you!
SFF is an incredible place. It is so apparent that everyone from the director, to the teacher, the cook, and the assistants all care about my children. The teachers are so caring and attentive, as well as educated. I feel like my kids are not only learning spanish, but have a solid academic start as well. I’m thrilled with the place and drive 30 minutes each way to give my kids this opportunity.
Sff! is awesome!
Spanish for fun (Sff!) is possibly the best thing that has happened to my family. My two small boys attend this academy full-time and are making exceptional progress. Being part of this school is like having an extended family. Everyone is so friendly and experienced.
I would recommend this school for any and everyone who knows the importance of having a language secondary to English. I value the exposure to different cultures, however life is hectic and Sff! provides this for my children on a daily bases.
I don’t mean to be to cheesy, but I LOVE Sff!!
