3 WEEKS OF SUP Adventure with Lina Augaitis in Costa Rica. Lina Augaitis is teaching paddle strokes Playa Pilon, near Pavones in Costa Rica. Agua Vida Surf will host Lina’s SUP retreats for the second year, in Costa Rica, Pavones. April 2016 is the chosen month, which offers all aspects of paddle boarding, downwinding, flat water paddling, and surfing. 3 weeks: 1st week is targetting novices with some paddle experience: from Wednesday 30th of March to Tuesday 5th of April 2016. 2nd week is for Girls only, from Thursday 7th to Wednesday 13th of April 2016. 3rd week is for intermediate and advanced paddlers, from Friday 15th to Thursday 21th of April 2016 As last year, it is a 7 days sup retreat where Lina will teach you SUP and racing techniques. Shawn will teach the sup surf and downwinding techniques. Both will combine their knowledge to teach every aspect of Stand Up paddle Boarding, racing, surfing, downwinding in the great Golfo Dulce. As you saw, we split up the month in three weeks. if you can swim, you should find the week that fits you most. We will sup long distance and sup surf. Don’t worry if your sup surf is at a young stage, we will teach you more and we will polish your skills. The most important is that you already paddled before. The first week is for beginners, who already suped before. The second week is for girls only, any age, from experienced beginners to advanced paddlers. The third week is for advanced , intermediate supers.
