Dual Language Program, Language of Emphasis: Spanish The first goal of our program is to strengthen existing language so that the acquired skills may be transferred when the child is about to learn a new language. The second goal is to build high standards and understandable levels of instruction for students to become bi-literate (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and multicultural.
