The program offers developmental assignments in key business functions such as Sales, Underwriting and Claims. It also helps you build key competencies, such as decision making, leveraging diversity and communication. As an intern, you’ll receive high-impact and developmental assignments. You’ll also receive access to the elements that make the internship program an outstanding opportunity, including the following: • Meaningful assignments – Assignments will stretch your comfort zone and add value to the organization. Projects are designed to assess potential skillsand develop new ones. • Coaching and feedback – It is one of our key organizational values. You’ll receive coaching and feedback throughout the internship program. • Professional networking – You will have the opportunity to interact with regional leaders to learn about their operations and their leadership styles. Qualifications: • Solid academic achievement (minimum of 3.0 or higher GPA preferred) • Rising seniors • Strong communication skills / Fluent in Spanish is preferred but not required • A strong commitment to focusing on the customer and driving for results • The ability to think independently and creatively • Demonstrated work ethic and drive to succeed
